Beaufort County Tea Party The Beaufort County Tea Party attracted a crowd of over 300 people. Citizens are not happy with their government. The event was nonpartisan. Democrats, Republicans and Independents participated. The event was sponsored by the Beaufort County Republican Men's Club.

Beaufort County Republican Party STP Award At the April meeting of the Beaufort County Republican Party Executive Committee, three members were given the party’s STP Award which stand for the “Same Ten People”. This award was presented to Charles Hickman, Bill Cook, and David Cox by Party Chairman Larry Britt for their continuous support of the Republican Party year after year. Beaufort County Republican Party Convention The 2009 Beaufort County Convention was held at Beaufort County Community College. Officers and Executive Committee were elected. We welcome Larry Britt As the New Beaufort County Republican Party Chairman. Participants in the picture include Greg Dority, Buzz and Chris Cayton. |

Announcements
On Thursday, July 23, the Down East Republican Club welcomes a "to be announced" guest speaker. Down East Republicans meet at Cliff’s Seafood at 2871 U.S. Highway 17 South in Chocowinity. Dinner may be ordered from the menu at 6:00 p.m. They also have very reasonable specials. Meeting starts promptly at 6:45 p.m. Contact Larry Britt at 947-0105 or Al Klemm at 974-2121 for information. On July 2, the Al-Pam Republican Club welcomes Dr. Ada Fisher will be the guest speaker. The meeting takes place at Chero's Restaurant at 112 W. Water Street in Edenton. Menu and price of dinner has not yet been determined but it will be served buffet style and will be in line with what we normally pay. Click Here for Additional Information
